Orders placed through this site are fulfilled by us, Erevanton, from our fulfillment center in the United States. Standard shipping is free on every bundle to U.S. addresses, and we e-mail the tracking code when the parcel ships. This page describes delivery to addresses in the United States.
Erevanton order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears, and parcels leave the fulfillment center Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public and postal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing on the next business day; around holidays processing can take longer. If the payment or address details you enter are incomplete or do not verify, processing can be delayed by a further 3–5 business days while we contact you.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees: time in transit excludes weekends and holidays, and carrier delays, weather, labor disruptions and incorrect addresses all add time. None of them are within our control.
Tracking your Erevanton order
A tracking number is e-mailed when the parcel leaves the fulfillment center. Check your spam folder before assuming the e-mail was not sent.
Erevanton shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on every Erevanton bundle to addresses in the United States. There is no minimum order and no code to enter — the bundle price shown on the card is the price you pay. If the checkout page shows a shipping line that differs from this page, the checkout page governs.
Canceling an Erevanton order
Orders go straight to the fulfillment center. You can cancel by e-mailing support@erevanton.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, or once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled: either refuse the parcel at the door and e-mail us the date you refused it, or accept it and use the refund policy. A refused parcel is refunded after it is back at our facility, less the carrier's return charge.
Erevanton delivery problems: wrong address, failed delivery, missing parcel
- Wrong address: you are responsible for entering the address correctly, and we cannot guarantee a change once the order is in fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, e-mail us immediately; once the parcel has shipped the address cannot be changed, and the only option is to wait and see whether the carrier returns it to us.
- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and the building's parcel room, then wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. If it still has not appeared, open a claim with the carrier using your tracking number, and let us know. When tracking confirms delivery to the address you entered, we are not able to refund or replace the order, so the carrier claim is the route that works.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the outer box and the contents before discarding anything, and send the photos with your order number.
- Returned to sender: when a parcel comes back to our fulfillment center — wrong address, not collected — we contact you and either re-ship it or refund the order.
